Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuPraise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam)Jazak'allah for your question. There may be a little difference in the spelling/pronunciation of the names that you had given. For example, the name Ashaaz, there was no name as such in my search, however there was a name called ' Ash'haad, which means attestation, or certification, or certified. The second name Ashar, had two meanings. a) Ashir, spelled with an 'I', which means to be lively, joyful, cheerful, exuberent, to exult, rejoice, to frolic, have fun, and make merry. and: b) Ashar, which means one tenth, or the tenth. (Normally referred to as the tenth Companion of the Messenger of Allah (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam), from amongst those, who had been promised paradise). The third name, can either be Zayyan, or Zayn. Zayyan means to adorn, or an ornament, to embellish, garnish, grace, decorate, deck, bedeck, or dress. Zayn means beautiful, handsome, graceful, pretty, goodlooking, nice, good, fine, and well. Ash'haad would be written with an alif on it's own, and then shin, ha, and alif joined, and then dal on it's own. Ashar would be spelled with 'ayn shin and ra, all combined. And finally Zayn would be za on it's own, with ya and nun combined. May Allah the Almighty give us all the tawfiq, to search the best names, and have the best names, for our children, for us, and all Muslims, and may He prevent us from having abbreviated, shortnames, nicknames, or names that are unislamic. (Amin)Wallahu A'lamu BiththawaabM. Waseem Ashrafi
