Assalamu Alaikum
I recently went to Umrah and I was shocked to see the amount of disrespect in the Kabaah and Masjid-e-Nabawi · People were sleeping in them with their feet towards the Kiblah · Children were sat on the wooden thing you put your Qur’an on · People were using the Qur’an as a pillow · The women in Masjid-e-Nabawi used to push and shove when extremely close to the prophet’s mazaar · People burped extremely loudly · People put the Qur’an on shoe stands
Also the wahabbi’s do not let you touch the Kabaah and the glass around the Maqam -e- Ibrahim etc, saying that it is a gunaah (sin).
This was the first time I ever went and it was disturbing to see this disrespectfulness.

That is sadly the reality today as the "bidat-haram-shirk" machine rolls on, but surely the most desrespectful, dispicable and disgusting thing they do, is stand with their backs to the blessed resting place of Our Leader the Best of Creation salalhu alaihewasalam cursing those who try to show Him resepct, even forcefully removing them May Allah Ta'ala guide them or remove them.

People come out with bruises! and this is not just in Masjid e Nabawi but also in Masjid e Haram in Mecca when you try to get close to the stone of Paradise (sorry can't remember the name of the blessed stone) women are pushing and shoving all over the place! its crazy!

(sorry can't remember the name of the blessed stone) Salaam all, Sister Suriyya - the name of the Jannati Pathar is 'Hajar-e-Aswad' (The Black Stone). I totally agree with what everyone has said. I've also seen a Wahaabi gaurd (in the traditional Saudi clerical jabba) at the Roza Mubarak of our Prophet s.a.w. SLAP someone makind Dua towards the Roza!! Surely the custodians of the Prophet's Mosque, if they were true, would not behave in this shameful and disrespectful way. Great thread by the way BburnAshrafiJnr.

interesting thread! i went for umrah a couple of years ago now, and was very disturbed when i got there, i was very much enjoying my first ever experience in masjid haram and majid e nabawi, but at the same time was disturbed by the sights that i saw. while one women was praying salaam at roza mubarak a female gaurd took her kitaab and threw it on the floor, also in general when praying salaam they do not like us facing the roza mubarak for too long. also like someone rightfully mentioned before, it is a disgrace to see people with their backs towards our Noble Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) Muhamad Mustafa (SAW)'s resting place!! one lady was also lucky enough to sneak past a guard for a second and kiss the roza mubarak, however when the guards finaly saw they also started slapping her and made her leave the masjid!! it was a sad sight!

What you have all written, sadly is nothing compared to the terrible and tragic history and the evil roots of Ibn Saud and Abdul al-Wahhab. Besides the massacre of many thousands of innocent Muslims, women and children, Mosques, Shrines....the list is endless. Here is an extract from Islam786/Hizmet Books.
........Without even a tremble of his dark, stony heart, he let his bandits plunder the precious gifts; the works of art of great historical value; invaluable pieces of art gilded with gold and inlaid with jewels and with precious stones; and select copies of the Qur'an al-karim and rare books, which had been kept in Rasulullah's blessed shrine and in the treasure of Masjid an-Nabawi that had been sent as choice, elaborate gifts by Muslim sultans, commanders, artists and 'ulama' from the whole Muslim world over a millennium. The fire of hatred in him against the Muslims did not calm down even after this shameful vileness of his, and he went on demolishing the remaining graves belonging to the Sahabis and martyrs. Although he attempted to demolish the dome of Rasulullah's blessed shrine, the Muslims' cries and entreaties made him give up; yet he ruined the Shabakat as-Saada, fortunately not touching the walls. He ordered that the walls around Medina should be repaired. He assembled the Medinans in Masjid an-Nabi. He closed the gates of the Masjid and delivered the following speech on the dais: "Oh congregation! I have summoned you here to advise you and to warn you to obey my orders. Oh people of Medina! Your religion has now been completed. You became Muslims. You pleased Allah. Do not ever admire the false religion of your fathers and grandfathers any more! Do not pray to Allah to show mercy upon them! They all died as polytheists. They all were polytheists. I have explained how you should worship and pray to Allah in the books which I gave to your men of religious authority. It should be known that your possessions, children, wives and blood are mubah for my soldiers if you do not obey my men of religious authority! They will chain and torture all of you to death. It is forbidden in the religion of Wahhabism to stand in front of the Prophet's shrine with an attitude of respect to say salat and salam as your grandfathers used to do. You must not stand in front of the shrine, but walk away and say only, 'As-salamu 'ala Muhammad,' while passing by. According to the ijtihad of our imam Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Wahhab, this much respect is sufficient for the Prophet." Astaghfirullah! Shame on the Najdis/Wahhabis
The Prophet s.a.w. warned about the 'fitna' of Wahhabism 1400 years ago in a Hadith, "Najd se Shaitan ka garoh nikle ga"...meaning a fitna will spread from Najd!
