jazakallah brother interesting. wonder how they do it in saudi with all the qurbanis? they must have literally thousands of them togther and practically impossible to separate them before the slaughter.

it is makruh to sharpen the knife after getting the animal to the ground. The reason behind this is that it stops the animal from panicking aswell.

it is makruh to to drag an animal to slaughtering place or to kill an animal in front of another If an animal cant be forced or it wont move on its own accord, plus the slaughtermen cant wait forever, so what else do you suggest as an alternative. I am not saying that the animal should be dragged, but what else is one to do in these cases.
