Something should be done as many innocent pilgrims are being effected, these travel agents are charging so much and providing such a poor and bad service

People are just out to make money regardless how they do it they have simply become ruthless!! but on the other hand we have some agents that do promise to provide an excellent service and they do carry this out MashAllah.

Brother mahmmod jazakAllah fro the information it would be interested to know who these rogue agents are "name and Shame" so that the innocent can be saved the heartache and headache!

How many authorities are their in the uk?

Muslim Council of Brit, British Muslim Forum, UKIMission ect, plus all the different jamaats headed by our ulema, why dont one of these take the initiative and say, hey right if you want to sell hajj tours, then you come to us first. Why dont they do something positive instead of dissing each other, in fact what do they do exactly?

I say they should belong to a masjid, their local Imams/committte must vouch for their character and then they pay surety of about £2000 whic the authority keeps until genuine visas and tkts are issued. This would stop the riff-raff and bogus scam artists from fleecing us.

This is shocking and desperate news. These people should be exposed and made to pay back the hajis lost ticket money or the police should be involved.

I remeber a guy from Accy doing about £50,000 of peoples Haj money. Truthfully for one of the few times in my life I really really dont know what to say
