Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH
Those that are graced by the Almighty to make this pilgrimage should first of all sincerely repent for their previous sins. If they are embroiled in any sinful activities they should cease those immediately, they should be shameful and make a sincere intention to never again be involved in those activities. If you have grieved or troubled anyone you should seek their forgiveness, if you have trampled on or wronged anyone you should put that right and repay them. You should re-pay your debts and sincerely forgive those that have wronged you. Cleanse your heart from all jealousy, hatred or envy, and ask people to forgive you for your shortcomings. At the time of departure ask everyone to pray for you. Wear the clothes that you will be travelling in and offer 4 rak'ats voluntary (Nafl) prayer with Alhamdo Lillah & Qul. Before and after leaving the house offer some charity. Have fear of Allah Ta'ala in your heart and make dua as much as possible.
During the journey always present yourself with love, compassion and respect towards your fellow travellers. Think of others at all times before your own welfare. Refrain from jealousy and arguing or fighting with your companions. Try and spend your time in the gatherings of pious people and scholars. Keep your tongue moist with the praise of Allah Ta'ala at all times.
It's Time To Pay Gratitude To Allah That The Moment of The Journey Has Arrived On Which All Are Willing To Sacrifice Their Life
