Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
Alhamdulillah a lot of our Muslim brothers and sisters will be perfomring the farz of Hajj and they will certainly feel a strong bond with Allah almighty.
The question is what will become of them when they return back from Hajj?? I say this because I have seen a lot of brothers and sisters go to Hajj, but when they come back to they become very rebelious and their behavior is very un-islamic ( I opt not to go into to much detail about their mis-behavior).
It angers me because I often ask the question "why go to Hajj in the first place? especially if you behave like that!!!"
Do you brothers and sister feel this way???. please share your views.

Good post for debate, My aunt went to hajj and she was not talking to her sister and she never made up with her so her heart is not clean so why go to hajj we must change before going and stay on right path after we have done hajj. But many people come back seen and heard myself still the same no change. I think some people have lots of money and go to hajj for the name not because they mean it this makes me angry

ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam A good thread brother Hafeez. The Blessed pilgrimage of Hajj is a very special once in a lifetime experience and not to be taken lightly. Is a turning point in life, and we should be ready to turn that corner and walk away from temptations. We have to be not only physically ready but mentally and spiritually ready to change our lifestyle and focus on our goal and aim in life and our connection with our Creator, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. We should be ready for this change in our life before we go to Hajj and during this blessed Pilgrimage we repent and contemplate and it gives us a Chance to reflect on the life we have lead so far, and repent for our sins and become pure again, free from sins, but only if we have rectified our mistakes and bonded all ties broken with our relatives and loved ones. May Almighty Allah accept all our Hajj and give us the ability to change our lives for the better and steer us away from the temptations of Satan. Those who repent from the heart and are sincere in wanting to change Almighty Allah will guide them.

ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa SallamHajj is about change for the better inshAllah, we must thrive to give up our bad habits as much as possible sadly our nafs get the better of us. Physically carrying out the pilgrimage is the easy part but to look after your hajj giving up our bad habits afterwards etc is the hardest part! I have also seen people change for the better and some that have made no changes at all. May Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala accept our hajj and keep us on the staright path ameen summa ameen. Great thread brother hafeez . Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
