Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuAll Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam No gelatine products are allowed to be consumed, as it is not halal. However, one should look for alternative brands, in cases where medicine is bought for the sake of gaining vitamins, there are brands which have no animal ingredients. Holland and Barrett is a good example. Jazak'allah for your question. Wallahu A'lamu BiththawaabM. Waseem Ashrafi
