Assalam alaikum, I am a follower of surism strictly. I have a doubt that the
shariat says that the time of death of all the persons is known
by allah only . But i have heared that a number of awliya allah
such as khwaja moinudeen chishty, sabir kalyar and many more
had announced their time and day of death when they were
alive. How is it possible . I know that those who are nearest to
allah then there is no secret between them and allah , so allah
already tell the time and day to those beloved once. But my
question is why the shariat don't beleive in this fact.
All my friends have the same doubt . So if will be looking
forward to hear from you soon. I would be very kindful if you give the answer.
With Best Regards,
Wassalam,

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuAll Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endles Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa SallamJazakallah for your question. It is wrong to assume that the shar'iyyah is in contravention to the tariqah, or that it is not the way to tariqah, or that the shar'iyyah carries no belief of the statement that you have given. The Qur'an al kareem states: 'huwal awwalu wal akhiru waz zahiru wal batin'
'He is the First, and the Last, the Outward, and the Manifest' According to this verse all four things are hand in hand. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala & His Beloved Messenger Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, who are the First and the Last, that Allah's Being was in Existent when He created the Beloved Messenger of Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam before all things. That He brought down the Shar'iyyah as a guide for all mankind, and that without it, there is no path to the tariqah. All those personalities that you mentioned were all experts in the fiels of shar'iyyah, i.e. they did not recieve Divine Gifts without first dwelling into the depths and knowledge of the shar'iyyah. So if anyone thinks that the shar'iyyah is contrary to the tariqah, they are wrong. You can only be an inherrrant of the tariqah, once you know the shar'iyyah. It is then that the realities of the truth are manifested into a person through his pir/murshid, which enables him to know things which are unseen ( haqa'iq). There are very few people who are bestowed with haqiqah directly from Allah, and to whom the haqa'iq are disclosed, without the medium of a pir/murshid. So your question is therefore slightly dubious. May Allah the Almighty give us all a true understanding of the buzrgane Din, and may He save us from doubts which are misplaced into our hearts from the shaytan.Wallahu A'lamu BiththawaabM.
