All Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam

Here are a few benefits of becoming a murid:

a) You perform the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, and His Companions Radi Allahu anhum

b) You gain blessing from all the people from the Beloved Messenger of Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam, through to your shaykh, who are included in the spiritual lineage, if you have a true shaykh.

c) The above named people will intercede for you on the Day of Judgement.

d) You gain the guidance which is spiritual, as well as physical from a true shaykh.

e) You are amongst pious people, therefore you will be recognised as a pious person.

f) You will be amongst from one of the masses of Muslims.

g) You will be spiritually linked to a particular Order, whose rights and practices you may have to uphold.
