persimibility of wearing a taveez

Thank you Imam shaib for clearing for me that taveez is allowed in state of haiz and nifaas, but what about going to the toilet? Does the same rule applies?

All Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam

The same rule applies for going to the toilet also, so long as the ta'wiz cannot be seen nor if it has a covering on.
