Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.
If one has extremely bushy eyebrows, or a lot of facial hair, then although this may be in the rarest of cases (as many women are bestowed with the beauty that Allah the Almighty has already given them), then what they can do is either bleach them, colour them to their natural facial expression, or do nothing at all!
The issue is that women and ALSO MEN, are not allowed to REMOVE their facial hair, because, for the men it is a sunnah to keep the beard, and why most men dont keep the beard is that they are simply unaware of the benefits of keeping a beard. They also seem to think that they look prettier, if they shave! In addition, they should at least know what the penalty is of not keeping a beard, as some of our Imams have held very severe penalties.
But women, Alhamdu Lillah! Whether they have facial hair or not, the beauty of a woman shall always remain the beauty of a woman. It is only westernised women, who tend to portray through the media, that if you use such-a-such a product that you will change what you normally have.
It must be remembered, that it is Allah the Almighty who has created you, and whatever you shall gain or profit from is also known by him. That no matter how hard you try, you can never change what has been ordained for you, and that includes anyone who you will marry, or meet and marry, as your partner had even been selected for you before you were born.
This is what Islam teaches us, that you cannot change what Allah has written for you, even if you were to either dye your hair blond, wax your hair, or even thread your hair, because as a last resort, you are still going to remain that same person who was once born, on certain date, with a certain mother, a certain father, a brother and sister.
In essence we should not try and go against the principles of Islam, but we should be more compliant. There are thousands of people out there just like you who are compliant, yet they may may be gaining all the benefits of this world, and the benefits of the next world, simply by following the religion of Islam.
I know that women like to care about themselves in the way they look, and the clothes they wear, yet believe it or not, men are also the same. I'm sure, that if Allah the Almighty wants, He can get mister universe married to a woman, who may have facial hair, and love her dearly at the same time, have children, lead a beautiful life, and whats more, is that she may not even think anything of him, and she may still win.
In essence, it is not how we look, but what it is, that we have inside us, that matters. Are we envious, or grateful, treacherous or sincere, faithful or dishonest, truthful or false, and the list of the good characteristics against the bad goes on and on......
Is there then a time in our lives, when our true self says to us 'hang on a minute, I dont care how much money i have got, or what i look like, because there is so much else in the world that is much more important and dear to me, that I have wasted my time.'
This is the attitude that Islam has taught the early Muslims, it is teaching us today, and will teach us until the Day arrives. When it arrives, no-one is going to ask you whether you had your hair bleached or not, whether you had it waxed or not.........because it wont matter anymore.
There will be other issues to focus your attention upon, at that time......
May Allah the Almighty, help us to invest our lives, our time, our money our relationships solely for His pleasure, and may He make it a wealth of salvation for us when we will need it the most, in the afterlife.
Some simple advice...
