Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuPraise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa SallamI am very saddened to hear that a Muslim sister has turned away from the religion of Islam, and the religion and way which is preferred to Allah the Almighty. May Allah the Almighty guide her back to the straight path, where she originally belongs. ( Amin) If there are a few of you within the family, you may be able to do a '125,000 khatm'. The ' khatm' will consist of you reciting: 'La ilaha illa subhanaka inni kuntu minaz zalimin' You recite the above 125,000 times. It maybe done in a group, and within a certain period of time. When the day of the ' khatm' arrives, and the food is prayed over, a special supplication should be made to Allah the Almighty, specifying the problem that you have, the food will then be shared by everyone. Insha'Allah, your supplication shall be answered, and by the Grace of the Almighty, the misguided sister, shall return. This does not mean that you free yourself of the burden of trying to find/guide her, as this should remain with your conscience, all the time. May Allah the Almighty guide us all upon the straight path, and may He bring back to the straight path, all those who have been misguided. (Amin)Wallahu A'lamu BiththawaabM. Waseem Ashrafi
