Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuAll Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam The verse that you have quoted is in the Qur'an, and belongs to the Surah al Ma'idah, verse 64. If a shaykh has given you the permission (ijazah) to recite this verse for a particular reason, then you should recite it, although checking it's translation and meaning, I found that the verse related to the Jews. A related question was asked by a person in one of the recent posts, and supplication and du'a was forwarded. Please refer to Du'a for healthy skin in the Archives section, you may find it useful. Jazak'allah for your question. Wallahu A'lamu BiththawaabM. Waseem Ashrafi
