asalam alikum
When a sinful muslim dies on Juma day or during ramadan is he not subject to questioning in the grave, or does he go straight to heaven ?
My point is that a suicide bomber could think he is getting away with it, if he commits his evil act on these blessed days ?

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim, Wa'laykum-as-Salaam, It is highly unlikely that a person who commits a terrible act, such as suicide bombing will ever dodge the questions which are going to be asked at the grave. First of all he has committed against the religion of Islam, by not appreciating and being thankful for the life Allah the Almighty had given to Him. He did not realise the lives he was going to take alongwith him, and what grief he was going to cause, to the families of those who were involved. Nor did he ever be thankful for the rights which Allah the Almighty bestowed upon him towards his family, friends neighbours, and parents etc. He probably left his wife as a widow who could probably not do more than mourn for the rest of her life, and his children as orphans. Where are our Rights to Allah (huquq-Allah) and rights to our fellow personnell (Huquq-al-'Ibad)? It is regardless of saying 'dying on a special day' because this only refers to all those natural deaths which are not caused by suicide. Suicide in Islam is forbidden, particularly when it has nothing to do with you. So how can such a man avoid the questioning, even though he dies on a Friday? Some answers have a common logic to them which makes sense. May Allah give us all the sense we need, and protect us from every evil deed (amin).M. Waseem Ashrafi
