Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuPraise be to Allah the Almighty who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon Our Master the Noble Messenger and Beloved Messenger of Islam (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) Jazak'Allah for your valued question dear brother. The thana that you have quoted for Salat-e-Janazah is perfectly permissible. The additions that are contained in 'jalla thana'uka' are specifically for Salat-e-Janazah just as the Eid prayer is differed from the normal prayer, and so forth. It is a Sunnah of the Most Beloved Messenger of Allah Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam) that the addition of 'jalla thana'uka' are made as reference of this can be seen in hadith books, under the title 'jana'iz'. However, the 'jalla thana'uka' refers to the Greatness of Allah the Almighty (jalal), as this is one of His names, as He is the Giver and Taker of life. I hope that this answers the question that you have posed.Jazakallahu khayrannM. Waseem Ashrafi
