Justice for Lebanon Petition

Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

To: UN, UN Security Council, EU and International NGOs working in the Human Rights and Peace field.

We seek attention to the escalating violence of the past days in the Middle East, with a special focus on the bombing of civilians and public in Lebanon and note with deep concern the passive role of the international community towards stopping the human rights abuses in Lebanon and the Middle East. We, the undersigned:

1)Strongly condemn all actions taken against civilians, public and governmental and non-governmental agencies in Lebanon,
2)Strongly condemn the use of prohibited weapons including chemical weapons by the Israeli Army in its war on civilians in Lebanon,
3)Condemn impartial attitudes from the international communities,
4)Strongly urge efforts from the United Nations, the Security council, the United States of America and the European Union to pressure the involved parties to stop civilian attacks and victims,
5)Seek recognition of the Israeli crimes committed against human rights and humanity
6)Endorse mental, financial and political support for rebuilding efforts.

If the muslims countries decide to raise their voice then they could make a difference. Reality is that will never happen.

I agree with Shamsuddin Qaderi the Muslim country leaders should raise their voice against the terrorism inflicted against muslims and non-muslim civilians. All we see is women protesting. I applaud these ladies for showing more courage and having more feelings for human lives than the leaders of their countries. My mother who cries every time she sees the horrific scenes on the tv told me today as i came home from work that there was even a march against Israel in India and many hindus took part. People like H.Mubarak, Ghadafi and the Prince rulers of Saudi, Kuwait etc have not been elected or selected by the people and rather than being just and ruling according to the country men and women of their lands desires they instead rule according to the desires of Bush and Blair.

Well said brother, I saw the Hindu's in India march against the oppression of Israel! It seems the governments are silent while the people are fuming. A red cross ambulance was hit yesterday carrying injured children and women, some of the red cross workers were also hurt. It seems they are no boundaries, or limits, who are they kidding? The green light has been given by bush to do all, what and where as you please.!!!
Until bush doesn't give the red light to stop Israel will carry on and kill and destroy as much as they can.
Please everybody sign petitions protest and make yourselves be heard! This is not to take out Hizbullah, this is to invade and occupy Lebanon, we don't have to think far who is going to be next....
May Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala through the Wasila of our Beloved Prophet Sayedina Muhammad Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam give sabr and hidayatand madat to all those all over involved in conflict and oppression at the hands of the aggressors.
