Here is a very easy one which even the younger of our members could make and my kids love them. You will need, A packet of tortilla's, or fajitas or just fresh Roti. A knob of butter. One onion. One pepper 1/4 cabbage grated Chicken breast cut in strips. Tandoori paste and one green chili chopped. Salt to taste. Get a wok or frying pan , and put your butter in with your chicken strips and cook for 5 Min's stirring. add salt and one teaspoon of tandoori paste and the green chili, keep string then add sliced onions and sliced peppers, and one teaspoon of soy sauce, mix throughly, your mixture is done. In a tawa or grill warm your tortilla's/fajitas or roti, not to hard, then lay your grated cabbage in the middle and a spoon of your mixture, on your tortilla /roti and fold each ends, so you have a roll. Serve with chili sauce/ ketchup or any dip of your choice and its ready to eat. p.s. You can also make this with lamb, mince or beef, or for you vegetarians assorted baby veg.
