Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,
ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam
First and foremost, many apologies for the delay in posting this diary. It is actually an account of last Sunday (15th March) when I was fortunate to attend the Mueh Mubarak ziyarat at my husbands uncles house. So here it goes.....
.....It was going to be my 4 month old daughter Aaminah’s first ever ziyarat so I was really excited. I did ghusl and then got her ready in her brand new frock (alhamdolillah, she looked gorgeous) and we got there around 10am in time for the Qur’an khani. After completion, the Mueh Mubarak was boought downstairs by Shah Saab from it’s dwelling, which is a small seperate room in the converted attic. It is welcomed with praises of Sallato Salaam and Qasidah Burdah Sharif. Tears role down my cheek as my heart silently sings “Hazoor agaye hai!!” Unfortunately, my daughter started crying for a feed, so I was unable to hear the fateha and dua.
Dinner was soon served, after which people were allowed to perform the actual ziyarat. After about 12 noon, the doors were open to all and alhamdolillah, people began to pour in, all eager to receive blessings. Both men and women took alternating turns allowing the constant flow of people a chance to see the blessed tabrukat, pray salaam and/or make dua.
I went in the first group of women and fortunately there weren’t many women at the time. My daughter was fast asleep which gave me a perfect opportunity to make dua and pray. Again, I found the whole experience extremely emotional and spiritually uplifting. To be stood right there, in such close proximity to my Beloved Prophet Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam......Allahu Akbar!! Although, doing ziyarat was an honour, I couldn’t help feel a sincere yearning to go Madina. For too long have I felt like this......“Dar pe boolalo Makhi Madani, Bigri banao Makhi Madani!”.
After several naats and salaams, we were told the men are waiting to do ziyarat so one of the women began to do a most heartfelt dua. And that’s when Sr Fatma walked in. Aaminah had woken up and I heard her cry so I decided to bring her in also for ziyarat. Masha’Allah she looked in awe. Bless.
We left the room, allowing the men to a chance to perform ziyarat. I caught up with Sr. Fatma which was nice and we talked babies! Master Umar masha’Allah showed me his new moves. He looked so cute in his blue kameez. I helped out in the kitchen and did further ziyarats when possible. Aaminah started playing up and it seemed like she wanted to sleep but couldn’t due to the noise. So at 3.30pm, I decided to go home with the anticipation of attending once again next year, insha'Allah

ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa SallamSunday 22nd MarchAl hamdulilla today I was invited to attend Dawate Islami Sisters Milad Ijtima in Nottingham which I attended with 4 of my friends. Left Derby at 10.15am my friends Tom Tom (navigation system) failed to coperate started panicking as we are not familiar with City Centre of Nottingham , luckily I spotted a taxi from Derby with couple of other friends who were attending the ijtima so we followed them and arrived on time. Met many sisters from all over the UK and whom I met on Madani Forum which was pleasant. Ijtima was well organized, starting off with tilawat e quraan, various naaths lots of flags were being waved, bayaans on Milad and our beloved Nabi Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam a vital message for our young sisters, then the lights were turned off and we had zikar, then an emotional dua was done followed by Salaato Salaam. We then eagerly waited to do ziyarah of the mueh mubarak and recitation of Darood shareef was done in abundance and Qasida Burdha Shareef was also recited. After ziyarah and doing dua for everyone well almost all that I could remember. We were given niyaaz a box of zarda and meat rice to take home. Al hamdulilla ever so greatful to have the Honor of doing ziyarah of the mueh mubarak again . JazakAllah khayrun. Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhuthis is the account of the milaad mehfil in my house on the 22nd march.on the day woke up very early at about 7 and started tidiying the living room again and checked if everything was in its place.then my family woke up at about 9 and i gave them breakfast then they had a bit of rest as they had been up all night redecorationg everything and my aunty and my grandma came round from bradford to help aswell.then all the ladies started coming at the time given at 11:00 and we started reading durood shareef and surah yasin for about an hour then we started reading naats starting of with a tilawat from a lil boy from mosque and then we read naats.after about half n hour of naats my other aunty came from bradfod with the moeh mubarak!!.then we all started reading durood shreef and she put it on a high table next to my grandma.we didnt do the ziyaarat yet.then after that we started reading naats again and this time it was a different feeling as the hazoor Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam was pesent in the room mashallah we all had more joosh in reading.after that my mum did a speech on the hazoor Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam in urdu it was really good we all felt spiritual.then my grandma did a long dua .this is when the time finally arrived my grandma opened the case of the moeh mubarak and then everyone did their ziyaarat.mashallah it was such a good atmosphere the fragerance of the moeh mubarak had spread every where.then everyone did theire own duas.after that we served the food we all thought that the food was going to be less for the people as there were loads of ladies there but alhamdullilah it was more than enough.then everyone left at about 5 or 6 i think.now it was just my family there so we did another ziyaarat of the moeh mubarak and then we ate.after that all my aunties went and it was just my fam my other aunty and grandma.then we did another ziyaarat this time we put a light next to it and we could see the moeh mubarak properely.then they left with the moeh mubarak back to bradford .my mum has kept the clothe that the moeh mubarak was on and it still has its fragerance(its been about a week ) of the moeh mubarak and thats it the milaad had finished.this was our first time having a eid-milaad un nabi milaad in our house and it was the first time the moeh mubarak was in my house.im so grateful to have this opportunaty of having the moeh mubarak in my house. sorry for poting it so late.

Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa BarakatuhuI had milad mehfil at my house on the 25th of may. i invited women a month ealier at the same time gave them paray to read at their homes in their own time, because i planned that when they come to my house they wont have to read much and we can enjoy the mehfil with lots o naths and speeches. Any way as time got closer i was getting nervous as this was the 1st time i would be having a mehfil at my house. On the day Allhamdullilah everything went to plan, Me and my cousin did some cooking the night before and made an early start on the day I had flags up which my kind friend Nahid had ordered al the way from Pakistan for me also she made a CD for me bless her, i put t candles on and incense sticks on the room and the CD on everything was perfect. Women started to arrive everyone turned up they all read surah yaseen and darood sharif for 1hour. then we read naths one of the women bought her 9 year old girl with her she was so sweet she read naths beautifully mashallah then speech the we all read salaam and did dua and food was served everyone was happy by 2.30 women started to leave some stayed and helped me clear up it was such a lovely mehfil i was so pleased and hope insha allah i can do it again next year.
